Although several features
will not be in the initial release they will be implemented as quickly as possible. The main feature not in the initial release will be the VST hosting engine. There will also be limited support for the GPO/GPO Studio as in Overture 3. This is
because once the VST hosting is implemented, there will be no need for GPO studio. You'll load GPO as a VST instrument and will not need GPO Studio. Please be patient with this.

Known issues with this release:
- Does not read Overture 1 and 2 files.
- Does not have the VST Hosting.
- While moving mouse through Graphics palette the submenus do not work. They work when palette is floating.
- Editing score while zoomed in to large percentages may cause improper scrolling of window.
- When in the background the application may behave funny when resumed or may even crash.
- Templates and Sample files need a little work.
- The dock is automatically hidden until we work out some issues with screen display.

The position of the Hollywood lines can be set for individual meters. You can drag the meter characters up or down if they are Alternate Font characters, and the line endpoints near the meter characters
can be dragged both horizontally and vertically within certain limits. Holding down the Ctrl (MAC cmd) key applies the change to all meters.

1. The Alternate Font button allows you to set the Alternate Meter font for the current score. It is no longer controlled by the preferences. The Preferences Meter Font is only used when new scores are created.
2. The Track Settings button allows you to Show or Hide the meter on tracks in one simple dialog.
3. The Hollywood lines switch tells Overture to automatically draw thick lines between meters. It only draws over staves that have their meters hidden in the
Setup track dialog or through the Track Settings dialog.

There is an option in the Setup Track dialog box to force the track to use the enharmonic key signature for the key of F# and C# to Gb and Db, when choosing Options>Show>Tracks Transposed. There is a
slight problem that will be cured soon. If you have this switch set and choose Options>Show>Tracks Transposed, and then open the Measures>Set Key Signature dialog box and click OK, key signatures in the middle of the piece get funny when you
switch back to Concert Pitch and your notes will start adding double sharps and flats. So don't go back or don't open the Key Signature box. This will be fixed soon.
